MAKOTO KINOMOTO

Since 2013, I have worked directly on the ground as the official manager of “Inunakin,” the official mascot of Izumisano City, for a total of nine years.

During this time, I have deeply felt the reality of the issues pointed out by the Chairman, such as “decreased exposure” and “falling into a routine.”

What local mascots need today is not a temporary trend, but a sustainable system that appropriately promotes the charm of local regions and proves its value within the organization.

I want to use my experience as a practical manager to support this event from my position as an Auditor, so that this project can once again become a spotlight for hard-working mascots and their supporting organizations.

Please look forward to this project, which aims to create a new era of regional revitalization!
