エントリーに関する質問 / Questions about Entry

だれでもエントリーできますか？自称ご当地キャラクターでもいいのでしょうか？
Can anyone enter? Can I enter as a “self-proclaimed” local character?

実行委員会で審査がありますが、エントリーができるキャラクターは以下の通りとなります。

・ご当地キャラ：特定の地域を応援・PRするキャラクター
・企業キャラ：地域貢献を目的としている、または特定地域限定で活動しているキャラクターやその他企業PRを行っているキャラ
・海外キャラ（日本国以外）：日本国以外の地域や企業などをPRするキャラクター

着ぐるみなどの「立体物」として実在しているキャラクターであれば、ご当地キャラ、企業キャラ、海外キャラのいずれかのカテゴリーでエントリーが可能です（イラストのみでの参加はできません）。
また、著作権者等から正式な承諾を得ていること、政治・宗教活動（地域の活動に協力している場合を除く）を目的としていないこと、公序良俗に反する活動を行っていないことなどの条件を満たす必要があります。

All entries will undergo a review by the Executive Committee. Characters meeting the following criteria are eligible to enter:

LOCAL Characters: Characters that support or promote a specific region.
CORPORATE Characters: Characters aimed at community contribution, those active within a specific region, or those promoting a company.
WORLD Characters (Outside Japan): Characters that promote regions or companies outside of Japan.

Eligibility Requirement:
Characters must exist as a physical “3D” entity (such as a mascot costume). Entry is possible in any of the categories above. (Participation with illustrations/drawings only is not permitted.)

Additional Conditions:
Must have official authorization from the copyright holder.
Must not be for the purpose of political or religious activities (except for participation in community cooperation).
Must not engage in activities that go against public order and morals.

どんなキャラクターが参加するのか教えてください
What types of characters are participating?

特定の地域を応援する「ご当地キャラ」や、地域貢献を目的とする「企業キャラ」、そして日本国外の地域や企業をPRする「海外キャラ」などが参加します。具体的な参加キャラクターの一覧は、システム上の「投票キャラ一覧画面」にて、キャラクター名や地方、五十音などで検索して確認できるようになります。

The event features a diverse range of characters across three main categories:
　Regional Characters: Local mascots dedicated to promoting and supporting specific regions.
　Corporate Characters: Characters representing companies with a focus on community contribution.
　International Characters: Mascots promoting regions or businesses from outside of Japan.
To view the full list of participants, please visit the “Participant List” on our voting platform. You can easily find specific characters by searching by name, region, or Japanese alphabetical order (Gojuon).

現地イベントへの参加回数に上限はありますか？

参加回数に上限はありません。連携している現地イベントへは、ぜひ可能な限りたくさんご参加ください。

着ぐるみがなく、ぬいぐるみのキャラクターしかいませんが、エントリーできますか？
I only have a stuffed toy (plushie) of my mascot, not a physical costume. Can I enter?

誠に申し訳ございませんが、着ぐるみのない（ぬいぐるみのみの）キャラクターはエントリーの対象外となります。

We sincerely apologize, but mascots without a physical costume (plushies only) are not eligible to enter.

なぜ海外のキャラクターがこのイベントに参加するのですか？
Why do overseas mascots participate in this event?

日本国内での認知度（知名度）を高めること、また日本のキャラクターやファンとの交流・友達づくりを主な目的として参加されています。

The primary goals for overseas mascots are to increase their recognition in Japan, interact with fans, and build friendships with Japanese mascots.

エントリーの申込みや問い合わせをした際に、自動返信メールが届かない。
事務局からのメールが届かない。

自動返信メールが届かない場合は以下をご確認ください

投票に関する質問 / Questions about Voting

投票はいつから始まりますか？
When does the voting period begin?

WEB投票は、7月7日の12:00から開始されます。また、リアルイベント会場での現地投票は、9月から12月にかけて開催される各イベントの初日の開始時間からスタートします。

　Available at live event venues from September through December. Voting at each location will begin at the opening time of the first day of the respective event.

応援投票の仕方を教えてください
How can I vote for my favorite characters?

投票には「WEB投票」と「現地イベント投票」の2つの方法があります。基本的には、いずれもQRコードを使って応援するキャラのページから応援ボタンを押すと完了します。

LINE IDを使って1人1日1回複数のキャラに応援投票できます。

WEB投票: インターネット経由でいつでもどこでも投票が可能です（1日1回まで）。
現地イベント投票: イベント会場の各ブースに設置されたQRコードをスマートフォンで読み取って投票します。会場内でのみ投票可能となるようGPSが連動しております。

You can support your favorite characters through two primary methods: Online Voting and In-Person Event Voting.
Both methods are completed by scanning a QR code on the specific character’s page and clicking the “Support/Vote” button. By logging in with your LINE ID, you can vote for multiple characters once per day.
　Online Voting: Vote anytime, anywhere via the internet. (Limited to once per day per character).
　In-Person Event Voting: Scan the QR codes located at each booth within the event venue using your smartphone. Please note that GPS tracking is required to verify your location, as these votes can only be cast while you are physically present at the venue.

応援投票期間はいつまでですか？
When is the voting deadline?

WEB応援投票の期間は、7月7日から12月4日までとなります。現地イベント応援投票は、各開催イベントの最終日の「終了時間1時間前」まで応援投票可能です。なお、総合ランキングの集計期間は12月13日までとなっております。

The voting periods are scheduled as follows:
　Online Voting:
　　From July 7 until December 4.
　In-Person Event Voting:
　　Votes can be cast until one hour before the closing time on the final day of each specific event.

WEB投票と現地イベントでルールに違いはありますか？

基本的に両方のイベントで同じシステムを使って応援投票をします
現地イベントへの参加ルールや運営方法については、各イベントの主催者によって個別に定められています。

In principle, both events share the exact same voting system.
The rules and regulations for participating in on-site events are entirely managed and decided by each specific event organizer.

投票日前の寄附は投票の対象外になりますか？
Will donations made before the official voting period begins be ineligible for voting points?

ふるさと納税での応援投票のシステムによっては、応援投票開始前のふるさと納税はポイントに加算されない場合も想定されますので、詳細の発表を待っていただきますようお願いいたします。

Depending on the system’s final configuration, it is possible that donations made prior to the start of the voting period will not be counted as points. We kindly ask you to wait for the detailed announcement before making your donation.

現地投票の会場は、どこを予定していて、いつ頃発表になりますか？
Where are the in-person voting venues scheduled to be, and when will they be announced?

You can vote once per day, but you are welcome to vote for multiple characters! Feel free to show your love and support to all of your favorite characters!

Yes, you are highly welcome to use local government PR publications or media broadcasting to promote your entry. However, if you plan to use the official Grand Prix logo or trademark materials in commercial layouts, you must adhere to our usage guidelines. 自身のSNS等で、投票の呼びかけ（選挙活動）はいつからスタートしてよいですか？
When can I start campaigning and asking for votes on my official social media accounts?

今すぐスタートしていただいて問題ありません。現在実施中の「お試し応援イベント（プレイベント）」の段階からファンへ投票を呼びかけることで、7月7日の本戦スタート時にスムーズな好スタートを切るための準備（周知）に繋がります。

海外キャラクターへの投票方法について詳しく知りたいです。

海外のキャラクターであっても、投票システムや手順（WEB・現地ともに）は日本国内のキャラクターと全く同じです。公開されている操作マニュアルをご参照ください。

The voting process and interface layout for overseas mascots are exactly identical to those for domestic Japanese entries. Please consult the published User Guide manual for standard step-by-step instructions.

現地（会場）投票はどのように行われますか？会場に行かなくても投票できますか？
How is the on-site voting track conducted? Can I vote even if I am not at the venue physical location?

現地投票は、会場内に掲示されたQRコードをスマホで読み取り、キャラクターの個別ページを開いて投票ボタンを押す仕組みです。システム上、スマートフォンのGPS位置情報を利用するため、実際に会場の敷地内にいる必要があります（会場外からの投票はできません）。位置情報の取得を許可した上で投票を行ってください。

On-site voting requires users to physically attend the event, scan a dedicated QR code at the venue using their smartphone, and submit a vote from the mascot’s profile page. The system utilizes smartphone GPS tracking verification; therefore, you must be physically present at the venue, and location service access must be enabled on your mobile device browser to vote.

現地（会場）イベントに参加（出展）しないキャラクターは、現地投票のポイントをもらうことはできませんか？
Are mascots that do not physically participate in the on-site events eligible to receive on-site venue votes?

はい、現地に出展・参加しないキャラクターは現地投票のポイントを獲得することはできません。現地投票は「会場での実際の活動」を評価する仕組みであるためです。ただし、イベント会場内には事務局の特設ブースを設置し、来場者に向けて「WEB投票（全キャラ対象）」への参加方法をレクチャー・案内する活動を行います。

Correct; if your character does not physically join or exhibit at the specific venue, you cannot accumulate on-site voting points, as that track is designed to evaluate live on-site performance. However, the Secretariat will run an official information booth at the venue to actively guide visitors on how to cast standard online “WEB Votes” (which apply to all registered characters).

投票を呼びかけるチラシ（フライヤー）を作りたいのですが、どのページのQRコードを掲載するのがベストですか？
Which specific page URL/QR code should I feature on print flyers to collect votes effectively?

各キャラクターの管理画面から取得できる「ご自身の個別投票ページのQRコード」を掲載するのが最も効果的で近道です。もし、特定の1体だけでなく「他の色々なキャラも探して投票してね」と案内したい場合は、全キャラが検索できる「キャラを探すページ」のQRコードを掲載し、「〇〇（キャラ名）で検索してね」と一言添える形がベストです。

If you wish to guide your fans to a broader spectrum, you can print the “Find a Mascot” search directory index URL and add a note stating, “Please search for [Your Mascot’s Name].”

WEB投票は1日1回・複数キャラに投票できるとのことですが、1日あたりの「最大投票数（上限）」はありますか？

1日あたりの投票上限数はありません。エントリーしている全てのキャラクターに対して、1日にそれぞれ1回ずつ投票することが可能です。

There is no maximum limit. You have the freedom to cast one vote per day for every single participating mascot registered in the event directory.

ランキング画面の表示はリアルタイムで更新されますか？
Will the public ranking leaderboard be displayed and updated in real-time?

基本的にはリアルタイムでの更新・表示を予定しております。ただし、アクセス集中によりサーバーの負荷が著しく高まった場合は、サイトの安定稼働を優先するため、1時間ごとの定期更新などに一時的に切り替える場合がございます。

Yes, the ranking data is designed to update in real-time. However, if sudden high-traffic load threatens server performance stability, we may temporarily scale back to hourly cached updates to ensure continuous website accessibility.

イベントの途中で、ランキングを非公開（ブラインド期間）にすることはありますか？
Will you implement a “blind period” where the ranking leaderboard becomes hidden near the end of the event?

いいえ、イベントの途中でランキングを非公開にすることは予定しておりません。常に公開された状態で進行します。

No, we do not plan to hide or obscure the leaderboard. The rankings will remain fully visible throughout the duration of the event.

Are there any plans to add more affiliated on-site events for venue voting in the future?

今年度（2026年開催回）に関しては、これ以上の現地イベントの追加スケジュールは予定しておりません。来年度以降に向けて、新たに現地投票を共同実施したいとお考えのイベント主催団体様・地域を広く募集していく予定です。

For the current 2026 event season, no further on-site venue collaborations will be added. For next year’s event cycle, we plan to open applications for new local event organizing groups and municipalities interested in hosting official on-site voting tracks.

What are the rewards for winning or participating?

総合順位での表彰のほか、充実した副賞が用意されています。具体的には、スポンサー企業から指定する自治体への「企業版ふるさと納税」による寄付、タイで開催されるキャライベントへの招待・優待、イベント開催地の特産品などの特典も予定しています。

In addition to the overall rankings, winners will receive a variety of prestigious prizes.
Specifically, we plan to offer benefits such as:
Corporate Tax Donations: Donations from sponsor companies to designated local governments through Japan’s “Corporate Hometown Tax” (Furusato Nozei) system.

登録画面で「都道府県」や「市区町村」を変更したのですが、反映されません。
I updated my “prefecture” and “city” on the registration screen, but the changes were not saved.

管理画面のパスワードを忘れてしまいました。事務局で教えてもらえますか？
I forgot my password for the management screen. Can the Secretariat retrieve it for me?

事務局ではセキュリティ上、皆様のパスワードを確認できない仕組みになっております。パスワードを忘れた場合は、大変お手数ですがログイン画面の「パスワード再設定」より、ご自身で再発行の手続きをお願いいたします。

For security reasons, the Secretariat cannot view or retrieve your password. If you forget your password, please reset it yourself via the password recovery page on the login screen.

LINEを使った投票は危険ですか？アカウントが乗っ取られたりしませんか？
Is voting via LINE safe? Will my account be hacked?

当システムのLINE連携は、不正な重複投票（1人による複数回投票）を防ぐための「ユーザーID」の確認のみに使用しております。パスワードやSMS認証コードを取得することは一切ありません。そのため、投票によってアカウントが乗っ取られる心配はございません。
ただし、事務局を騙る「偽サイト（フィッシングサイト）」には十分ご注意ください。万が一、パスワードや電話番号の入力を求められた場合は、絶対に入力しないでください。

Our system only utilizes your LINE User ID to prevent duplicate or fraudulent voting (ensuring one vote per person). We never collect your passwords, personal information, or SMS verification codes. Therefore, voting will not cause your account to be compromised or hacked.
However, please be cautious of phishing websites mimicking our official page. If a website asks for your password or phone number, please do not enter any details.

お金を支払うことで投票ポイントを購入できるようなシステムはありますか？

事務局からのメールが届かないことがあるのですが、どうすればよいですか？

メールが届かない原因を事務局側で特定することはできかねますが、ご利用中のメールのドメイン設定やセキュリティフィルターが影響している可能性がございます。

While we cannot pinpoint the exact reason for non-delivery from our end, it is likely due to your email domain settings or security filters.

LINEからログインして投票しようとすると、1回目は失敗しますが、2回目にはログインできます。
When I try to log in and vote via LINE, it fails the first time but works on the second attempt.

この事象は、LINEやX（旧Twitter）のアプリ内ブラウザ（インappブラウザ）の仕様によって発生する場合があります。

Can the donation page list multiple major portal sites (e.g., Furusato Choice, Satofull)?

現在テスト中ですが、多数の外部ポータルサイトとシステム上で自動データ連携（照合）を行うことは技術的に非常に難易度が高い状況です。対応可能なサイト等の詳細が決まり次第、改めてご案内いたします。

We are currently running technical trials; however, linking automated tracking API systems across multiple external donation portal networks presents significant technical challenges. We will share the official portal specifications soon.

総合優勝キャラには賞金100万円と書いていますが、現金でもらえるんですか？
It says the Grand Prize winner receives 1 million yen. Will this be paid in cash?

キャラクターの所属する自治体への「企業版ふるさと納税」として寄附させていただきます。
企業キャラには地元の自治体と連携していただく必要がありますが、応援を希望する自治体への企業版ふるさと納税の活用が難しい場合や海外キャラの場合は、別の方法も含めて個別にご相談させていただきます。

The prize money will be donated to the local government where the character is based via the “Corporate Hometown Tax” (Furusato Nozei) system.
