Long, long ago in the Far East, there was a beautiful little island called Knitting Forest. The
gods wove this mysterious world from sunlight and the colors of the earth. Twelve zodiac
animals and many wondrous plants lived there, each with their own role, caring for one
another. Knitting Forest was a place of gentle magic—whenever humans needed love or
blessings, its animals would appear, bringing warmth and happiness.
