Suseong-gu is home to Mangwolji in Uk-su-dong, the nation’s representative toad spawning habitat and one of the region’s most important ecological resources. However, due to the climate crisis and global warming, the toad population has been rapidly declining every year because of factors such as gender imbalance. DDUBI was created as a character to protect and preserve these endangered toads.
