よくある質問

だれでもエントリーできますか？自称ご当地キャラクターでもいいのでしょうか？
Can anyone enter? Can I enter as a “self-proclaimed” local character?

実行委員会で審査がありますが、エントリーができるキャラクターは以下の通りとなります。

・ご当地キャラ：特定の地域を応援・PRするキャラクター
・企業キャラ：地域貢献を目的としている、または特定地域限定で活動しているキャラクターやその他企業PRを行っているキャラ
・海外キャラ（日本国以外）：日本国以外の地域や企業などをPRするキャラクター

着ぐるみなどの「立体物」として実在しているキャラクターであれば、ご当地キャラ、企業キャラ、海外キャラのいずれかのカテゴリーでエントリーが可能です（イラストのみでの参加はできません）。
また、著作権者等から正式な承諾を得ていること、政治・宗教活動（地域の活動に協力している場合を除く）を目的としていないこと、公序良俗に反する活動を行っていないことなどの条件を満たす必要があります。

All entries will undergo a review by the Executive Committee. Characters meeting the following criteria are eligible to enter:

LOCAL Characters: Characters that support or promote a specific region.
CORPORATE Characters: Characters aimed at community contribution, those active within a specific region, or those promoting a company.
WORLD Characters (Outside Japan): Characters that promote regions or companies outside of Japan.

Eligibility Requirement:
Characters must exist as a physical “3D” entity (such as a mascot costume). Entry is possible in any of the categories above. (Participation with illustrations/drawings only is not permitted.)

Additional Conditions:
Must have official authorization from the copyright holder.
Must not be for the purpose of political or religious activities (except for participation in community cooperation).
Must not engage in activities that go against public order and morals.

投票はいつから始まりますか？
When does the voting period begin?

WEB投票は、7月7日の12:00から開始されます。また、リアルイベント会場での現地投票は、9月から12月にかけて開催される各イベントの初日の開始時間からスタートします。

Voting will commence on the following dates:
　Online Voting:
　Starts on July 7 at 12:00 PM (JST).
　In-Person Voting:
　Available at live event venues from September through December. Voting at each location will begin at the opening time of the first day of the respective event.

どんなキャラクターが参加するのか教えてください
What types of characters are participating?

特定の地域を応援する「ご当地キャラ」や、地域貢献を目的とする「企業キャラ」、そして日本国外の地域や企業をPRする「海外キャラ」などが参加します。具体的な参加キャラクターの一覧は、システム上の「投票キャラ一覧画面」にて、キャラクター名や地方、五十音などで検索して確認できるようになります。

The event features a diverse range of characters across three main categories:
　Regional Characters: Local mascots dedicated to promoting and supporting specific regions.
　Corporate Characters: Characters representing companies with a focus on community contribution.
　International Characters: Mascots promoting regions or businesses from outside of Japan.
To view the full list of participants, please visit the “Participant List” on our voting platform. You can easily find specific characters by searching by name, region, or Japanese alphabetical order (Gojuon).

応援投票の仕方を教えてください
How can I vote for my favorite characters?

投票には「WEB投票」と「現地イベント投票」の2つの方法があります。基本的には、いずれもQRコードを使って応援するキャラのページから応援ボタンを押すと完了します。

LINE IDを使って1人1日1回複数のキャラに応援投票できます。

WEB投票: インターネット経由でいつでもどこでも投票が可能です（1日1回まで）。
現地イベント投票: イベント会場の各ブースに設置されたQRコードをスマートフォンで読み取って投票します。会場内でのみ投票可能となるようGPSが連動しております。

You can support your favorite characters through two primary methods: Online Voting and In-Person Event Voting.
Both methods are completed by scanning a QR code on the specific character’s page and clicking the “Support/Vote” button. By logging in with your LINE ID, you can vote for multiple characters once per day.
　Online Voting: Vote anytime, anywhere via the internet. (Limited to once per day per character).
　In-Person Event Voting: Scan the QR codes located at each booth within the event venue using your smartphone. Please note that GPS tracking is required to verify your location, as these votes can only be cast while you are physically present at the venue.

優勝すると何かいいことがありますか？
What are the rewards for winning or participating?

総合順位での表彰のほか、充実した副賞が用意されています。具体的には、スポンサー企業から指定する自治体への「企業版ふるさと納税」による寄付、タイで開催されるキャライベントへの招待・優待、イベント開催地の特産品などの特典も予定しています。

In addition to the overall rankings, winners will receive a variety of prestigious prizes.
Specifically, we plan to offer benefits such as:
Corporate Tax Donations: Donations from sponsor companies to designated local governments through Japan’s “Corporate Hometown Tax” (Furusato Nozei) system.
Global Invitations: Invitations or special priority access to character events held in Thailand.
Local Gifts: Premium local specialties and products from the event’s host regions.

応援投票期間はいつまでですか？
When is the voting deadline?

WEB応援投票の期間は、7月7日から12月4日までとなります。現地イベント応援投票は、各開催イベントの最終日の「終了時間1時間前」まで応援投票可能です。なお、総合ランキングの集計期間は12月13日までとなっております。

The voting periods are scheduled as follows:
　Online Voting:
　　From July 7 until December 4.
　In-Person Event Voting:
　　Votes can be cast until one hour before the closing time on the final day of each specific event.
Please note that the final tallying period for the overall rankings will continue through December 13.

総合優勝キャラには賞金100万円と書いていますが、現金でもらえるんですか？
It says the Grand Prize winner receives 1 million yen. Will this be paid in cash?

キャラクターの所属する自治体への「企業版ふるさと納税」として寄附させていただきます。
企業キャラには地元の自治体と連携していただく必要がありますが、応援を希望する自治体への企業版ふるさと納税の活用が難しい場合や海外キャラの場合は、別の方法も含めて個別にご相談させていただきます。

The prize money will be donated to the local government where the character is based via the “Corporate Hometown Tax” (Furusato Nozei) system.
For CORPORATE Characters: You will need to coordinate with your local government. If using the “Corporate Hometown Tax” system is difficult for the municipality you wish to support, we will discuss alternative methods of support with you individually.
For WORLD Characters (Outside Japan): Since the Japanese tax donation system does not apply, we will consult with you separately to determine the best method of awarding the prize.

ふるさと納税で投票はご当地キャラだけが対象ですか？
Is voting via “Hometown Tax Donation” only for LOCAL characters?

企業キャラや海外キャラも対象になりますが、企業キャラや海外キャラ（ご当地キャラで自治体管理以外のキャラ）は寄附確認のために日本の応援自治体と連携して頂く必要があります。

No, CORPORATE and WORLD characters are also eligible!
However, for CORPORATE characters and WORLD characters (as well as any local characters not directly managed by a municipality), you will need to coordinate with a supporting local government in Japan to verify the donations.

ふるさと納税で投票についての説明詳細はいつ頃発表になりますか？
When will the details for voting via “Hometown Tax Donation” be announced?

ふるさと納税での応援投票システムは現在構築中ですので、詳細が固まりましたら改めてお知らせいたします。

The voting system using “Hometown Tax Donation” is currently under development. We will provide a formal update as soon as the specific details and procedures are finalized.

投票日前の寄附は投票の対象外になりますか？
Will donations made before the official voting period begins be ineligible for voting points?

ふるさと納税での応援投票のシステムによっては、応援投票開始前のふるさと納税はポイントに加算されない場合も想定されますので、詳細の発表を待っていただきますようお願いいたします。

Depending on the system’s final configuration, it is possible that donations made prior to the start of the voting period will not be counted as points. We kindly ask you to wait for the detailed announcement before making your donation.

現地投票の会場は、どこを予定していて、いつ頃発表になりますか？
Where are the in-person voting venues scheduled to be, and when will they be announced?

現時点での予定ですが、
・滋賀県彦根市：ご当地キャラ博2026
・埼玉県羽生市：世界キャラクターさみっと㏌羽生
・大阪府泉佐野市：ご当地キャラEXPOinりんくう
・千葉県千葉市：全国ご当地おすそわけマルシェ in ちば
・群馬県：ご当地キャラカーニバルinぐんま
を予定しています。発表に関しては各種イベントの発表をお待ち下さい。
また、今後、会場が追加される場合もありますので、その際はお知らせします。

Based on our current schedule, we plan to hold voting at the following events:

Hikone, Shiga: Gotochi-Chara Expo in Hikone 2026
Hanyu, Saitama: World Character Summit in Hanyu
Izumisano, Osaka: Gotochi-Chara EXPO in Rinku
Chiba, Chiba: Zenkoku Gotochi Osusowake Marche in Chiba
Gunma Prefecture: Gotochi-Chara Carnival in Gunma

Regarding the specific timing of each announcement, please wait for official updates from the respective event organizers. Additionally, we may add more venues in the future, and we will notify you if any are confirmed.

リアルイベントの出演回数の上限はありますか？
Is there a limit to the number of live events a character can appear in?

出演回数の上限はありません。ぜひ連動開催するイベント全てにご参加ください！
ただし、イベントへの参加はイベント主催者の応募に申し込む必要があります。

There is no limit! We encourage you to participate in all of our collaborative events.
However, please note that to participate in each event, you must individually apply through the respective event organizer’s official registration process.

推しキャラがたくさんいるので1キャラに絞りきれません！
I have so many favorite characters, I can’t choose just one!

応援投票は1日1回ですが、複数キャラに１回ずつ投票することが可能です。推しのキャラさんみんなを応援してあげてください！

You can vote once per day, but you are welcome to vote for multiple characters! Feel free to show your love and support to all of your favorite characters!

ご当地ヒーローは参加できますか？
Can “Local Heroes” participate?

エントリーの申込みや問い合わせをした際に、自動返信メールが届かない。
事務局からのメールが届かない。
I didn’t receive an automatic reply after submitting my entry or inquiry. I haven’t heard back from the Secretariat.

自動返信メールが届かない場合は以下をご確認ください
① 迷惑メールとして処理されていませんか？
自動返信メールが迷惑メールと判断された場合、「スパムフォルダ」や「迷惑メールフォルダ」に入っている可能性があります。

④メールサーバーの容量が一杯になっていませんか？
メールサーバーの容量が一杯になると、メールの受信ができなくなりますので、今一度メールメールサーバーの容量を確認してください。

⑤上記いずれも当てはまらない場合は、問い合わせフォームよりお問合せください。
